I have to ask the obvious question......Why do you stay with them if things are so bad?

fair question justin i was with one and one and had very few hits or sales i changed to ekm and my sales rose dramatically so some thing works . i stand by what i say regarding staff attitudes and the fact you pY extra for everything but the actual site is pretty good . im not a web genius so making my own sites out the window and i cant really afford a custom built site i just gave an honest review of ekm good templates crap staff attitude but if it means sales i can put up with narky phone staff i Can get pretty narky myself if i have too

I guess it all depends on user by user, i haven't had to ring up and get things changed by them so never incur there crazy costs which i do agree are very pricey.

Also this was the starting block for us in the future we do feel that we will need to move on to a more enhanced website provider.

But at the moment it is working just fine for us and there has been some good improvements to it.
