template problem

Hi I am using xpres supplies and the disk they supplied with templates on it do not match the mugs I have.
The product codes match so Im puzzled.

I had the same issue with the latte template - I contacted support through their website and they said there was an issue with it and emailed the correct one. Are you using a studio press?

I will be, it will be here in a day or two, just playing around with the printer. The two tone mug seems to be 8cm by 22cm.
