Are there any standard Terms & Conditions for oscommerce websites? Or is it just something else I'll have to do today! lol. I've seen forms available to buy and download but was unsure which I needed.

Hi Justin, I found some last night but can't remember where, have a look at my site and at the bottom on T&C copy and paste what you need. If you want.

Many thanks Dave, certainly put me on the right track! Although I'll have to check for any variation in Scotland T&C's as well ;-)

Dont forget in autumn/october the DSR rules are changing, might be worth getting ready.

main ones to change are:

Change of mind cancelation are changing from 7 days from buying to 14 days from when customer receives goods.

Refunding: Changing from 30 days to 14 days from notice of cancellation and must include the postage cost

Retailers must pay for the return postage unless otherwise stated. (a must to put in your t&c is that the customer pays return postage) unless of course you want to pay it.

The right to cancel will be extended to auctions on auction sites not just buy it nows.
