sublimation printing - jigsaws

Hi I never pre-heat my jigsaws and I slide the jigsaw on to the press never leave the card on. I line up the picure with the jigsaw facing up and paper facing down, then when in place, place a peice of Teflon sheet on the top to hold in place. Once I've pressed the jigsaw I then slide it back onto the card board to cool, has worked for me, I've about 6 so far. Everyone has there own way it's what suits you at the end of the day.
