Selena, I think most of us have had the same customers over & over again. Everyone of them seem to think their photography skills using an iPhone are up there with the likes of David Bailey.I have a really difficult time getting good photos out of people. They honestly think the little bitty image on their cell phone screen will blow up to a square foot size and look exactly the same. snort...

It is difficult, but it is getting easier as smart phones and technology in general gets better.
Nowadays its probably 1 in about 8-10 images that are no use, I remember when it used to be 8 in 10! I think this is something that as an industry we are going to have to put up with for a few more years and then I think the technology will be so advanced that we will not have to worry about it.
