Re: Hi
Will increasing the pressure not solve the problem of the edges? How thick is the 90mm x 200mm item?seppo;63769 wrote:I have few presses, from coralgraph. Now i need to press 90 x 200 millimeter images and coralgraph press dont press it good on the corners.

Re: Hi
Sorry I didn't realise this was a mug. What temp and time are you pressing for and what printer/ inks are you using?seppo;63864 wrote:Its 10oz mug, increasing the pressure, same result...

Re: Hi
We need to know your temp / times please. Lack of colour in the corners might be because of the thickness of the mug, temp, temp & time or pressure.seppo;63867 wrote:inc comes feom coralgraph, have no idea of brand. Epson 4-colour printer, S22 i know i could have better one
Re: Hi
i put the mug in cold press, waiting temperature rising to 180 celcius. When it is 180, i pull down a switch and 30 sec countdown to be ready. Thats the manual i got from cg.
Re: Hi
i would increase your time to 150 seconds. If colours then look over cooked reduce temp to 175.seppo;63894 wrote:i put the mug in cold press, waiting temperature rising to 180 celcius. When it is 180, i pull down a switch and 30 sec countdown to be ready. Thats the manual i got from cg.
