Issues with heat pressing TOTE Bags

hi,

i have just purchased some Tote bags, i have printed my image and when i heat press the bag around the center of the image is faded! i have followed the instructions for pressing which is 190 degrees for 50 - 60 seconds, medium pressure even adjust pressure and times etc but it has not made any difference.

the only thing i have not done is changed my inks in my printer which are running quite low, but the image quality and colours on the print are fine.

does any one have any suggestions? or experienced this before?

Make sure you are printing one thickness. A folded bag has 2 or 4 thickness of fabric on the edge causing a well in the middle. Either pack out the middle or make sure the bag is completely flat where you are printing.
