Epson B1100 can't unblock my nozzles

I've got an Epson B1100 and have a blocked head or two I think.

I ran a nozzle check and the colours were ok, but only a portion of the black was coming through. I've cleaned the heads a few times and now the colours aren't coming through either, just a portion of black.

I'm puzzled and don't know what to try next. I need to get this printer back online asap.

Any ideas?

hate to say it but ive seen post after post including my own with b1100 problems so it dont look good
firat if you have done a few head cleans and this hasnt worked switch it off take the power lead out and walk away from it for a night this can very often work believe it or not if still no joy id then contact the person you got it from if they are an authorised sawgrass dealer and its less than a year old you should be able tpo get some help to fix the the problem or worst case have the printer replaced
good luck and my other advioce is as soon as you can bin the b1100 and get another model

Hmmm I'm thinking about a Ricoh printer (with the cartridges) but this Epson is only 6 months old so I'm hoping it can be fixed. I've contacted the supplier and I'm hoping for a solution sooner rather than later as I have orders coming in for mugs and t shirts...

Get it swapped under warranty and sell it on, I just sold mine for £125 locally. B1100 was awful from the start. 1500W much nicer Ricoh sounds like it will suit you.

my epson b1100 is in the repair shop right now , and there trying something can't eve guarantee it will fix the problem :/
