ive had a delivery from DPD, watched in amazement as the driver threw parcels from one end of the van to the other in front of me, he wasnt too happy that i made him stand there and check everything thoroughly before i signed.

Hermes always delivers to the next street to me instead of my house, 3 deliverys out of 3, luckily the woman tells them to go to mine, when i phone and complain they say its because there sat nav is out of date.

and uk mail mark they have sent card and attempted delivery when they havnt using one of your 3 delivery attempts.

Had fall outs with parcelfarce, u.sel.s and sh!ty link, turned to hermes and they've not let me down yet!

Have used RM 30+ times in last fortnight selling off old stock and they've managed to lose 3 parcels...all first class, 2 from the same dispatch bundle.....of course they'll not compensate me!!!!

Why not?
Only had 1 parcel lost by Royal Mail but they paid for postage, packaging, and cost of blanks.
10 minutes to fill out the form.
So long as you have proof of posting, go for it.
