is there any sublimation products that no matter how you try they just don't work! I've been trying to sub the children's rucksacks with a removable flap on them and they just don't sub, I bought a sample bag to try myself before I decide to sell them but on the reverse side of the flap are two Velcro strands that don't come off, so every time I print on the flap the two Velcro's appear on the picture. these Velcro bits make the surface uneven and I just don't know how to get around it. Anyone else buy these red or blue bags cos I would like to know how you do it, I messed my first one up and ordered another flap, I just subbed it and its total pants, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I think this is the third time I've addressed this in as many months.
Cut a piece of cardboard to fit inside the stitching around the edge of the flap, then cut out where the strips of velcro are. Ensure that your cardboard is thick enough, so that it is the same thickness as the velcro.

I think it will be quite difficult to get the exact thickness right, its not very thick Velcro just enough to come through to the other side, anyway ive decided not to attempt them ever again its just something that's not worth the hassle.

I read somewhere that a bloke used some old rubbery type mouse pads that, as gorgall2 stated that when cut to shape around any protrusions, would even the surface area out enough to get the desired finish.
