My Sister is an A&E Nurse at Birmingham Heartlands. She has pulled more stuff out of places than Paul Daniels.

How many of you sell on ebay? Was thinking about it...

Just had a customer today (not from ebay) Say to me his iphone case has cracked... I said okay... Can you take a photo for me please... Was it ok when it arrived? (was sent about a week ago) Yes it was in prefect condition he said, I said did you drop it? no i did not... so when and how did this case break then? :S And what does he suggest i do about it? If you miss handle a bottle of j20 its going to smash, if you chuck your toshiba tv on the floor it's going to break, Do some of our customers think our products are un-breakable?

Iphone cases i sell are from Xpres, I think probably the best cases? :)

i noticed some cases ARE very sensitive. i had one on test with my mate. he is a builder. cover in perfect order still. but image slightly faded. God knows why.... same supplier, same case for iphone - cracked afte 2 days. this was with my another friend - female. so phone was stored in her handbag. Most cracked ones i had was for samsung mobiles.

Paul, did you get the cases from xpres? or someone else? :) I have sold a fair few of the iphone 4/4s cases from xpres and this is the first one i know of that has cracked slightly.
not really sure what to do about it if anything, As it arrived in prefect condition last week, and has only just cracked... Did you do anything abut the ones that cracked for your customers?

i dont have them from express but i am far of thinking all those cases are different ;)
I believe they all come from same sources.
I didn't sell them. i gave them away for free for testing. never sold one case in m life lol :D

ebay is good but god are there some nuts punters - we got our first ever neg 3 days ago - bent over backward for this guy - he said pic wasn't as sharp as the pic he sent.
we replied that you will never get pin sharp picture on sublimation as you would with high res pic and quality photo paper....can you email us a pic to see ?

2 days no reply so we email him back asking if everything was ok with the case and was he happy enough ?
reply back was - thats not the answer you should have said- you should have offered me a full refund or replacement - when i get my money back i will leave appropriate feedback.
we refunded him in full, and never even bothered to ask for the case back to view it for ourselfs..sod it, we will take the hit and move on....
next day, this twat hit us with a neg and all four stars as well....
what a complete a** ...and sellers cannot leave any bad or neg feedback for any buyer.....we have now stopped our auto feedback once a buyer pays and are doing it manual. we still cant leave bad feedback for people like this, but its better than leaving - "great ebayer, valued customer" on auto mode :rolleyes:.

but onward and upwards :rolleyes:

Have you forwarded his reply to ebay!?!? They probably need to wake up to the scams that are happening, with what appears to be, their full authority!!! I'm sure the customer service are well aware of it...but some fat cat somewhere is hiding his head in a dollar filled pillowcase somewhere!?!?
