What am I doing wrong?

We decided to try that a few minutes ago as we had a xmas jigsaw that won't be needed now and it sublimated. All the colours are coming out yellow and orange.

Ah, the printer having old ink in it - not something I'd thought of with a new printer. So, apologies to City Ink then.

Can you run a print test/nozzle check and see if all the ink colours are coming through the printer, and then sublimate it onto something to see if all the inks coming through are sublimation inks.
If only some colours sublimate, then you need to keep running prints through your printer, til all the old ink has gone. If all the colours sublimate, then it's time to speak to Paul and get an ICC profile made.

Okay, all cleaning and print tests done x 5 times, and colours now all coming through and sublimating well. The cartridges are nearly empty already, but at least it's been sorted.

I'll get in touch with city ink and explain all..and contact the people I got the printer from too.
