i think they are great, i can see a real ebay war coming up with them, i would be interested in certain images, but only if the rights were restricted on them, otherwise you have gained nothing if 20 or so people are selling them online - especially ebay

Thanks everyone.....Philphoot and Mildean, I completely understand the constant worry with copyright as I am on the other side of that coin!! Philphoot....I find it strange when someone complained about your use of the word 'simplez' as it isn't trademarked in this country...only 'simples' and 'simples!'...so you could have pushed your case! But hey, it wouldn't be fleabay if they didn't side 'against' the seller now, would it!!!?!?

Mrs M.....designing exclusive artwork certainly wouldn't be a problem, but to keep it within everyone's price range it would need to be set to 3 licences probably....although if someone wanted to have something completely exclusive that could be done.

no fairy, the fact that you are going to limit the licences to so few sounds like a good start, i have certain items which i cannot sell on ebay (should i wish to) which is a great way of keeping good prices its written into the contract, that they must not be offered forsale buy it now or auction style format on any website other than my own and that cannot be linked to anyother website, as it happens they sell well enough without me having to put them on the website.

Hi Mrs M.....I totally understand the exclusions artists put on work....as I think we all dream of being discovered one day!!lol Hey ho...back in the real world we all need to pay the bills...got a few things to do and then I'm going to get majorly stuck into graphics/website...if you have any ideas of what you would like then please don't be shy!! I've been drawing bears for 2 years remember....I need to come out of the 'cutesy' world!!!! ;O)

Tony, it actually has been made into a mug (but not in that photo), Craig very kindly made one up for me......he's going to try and take another photo as his camera was playing up....he seemed happy enough with how it printed (other than I'd left the cutting guide in..but we all have to learn!!) Hopefully we can all see it soon .

The image came out very well on the mug actually and that was first go with the file that Gayle sent with no changes etc and as Gayle has said I am having some issues with the camera so will sort asap and get a photo up for people to look at.
