My printing keeps coming out squint on my Ricoh printer

Really struggling with my printer no longer printing straight - every time I print out now it comes out squint, making it really hard to trim straight. I have had to junk so many mugs, etc because they are slightly out. Looks horrendous even out slightly.
Appreciate any thoughts - have changed the paper and tried to adjust the paper tray (seemed fine anyway and no real adjustments can be made).

I always add a red line to my photoshop template and print that too. Simply trim just above the line to cut a perfectly straight cut. That should do it??!!

Great thanks that works - only thing is I didn't cut it well enough the first time :frown: so had a nice bit of line on mug - not that it mattered as I stupidly printed wrong side of paper - spent an hour trying different programmes to print it better before realising what I had done!! How thick am I - did that before right at the beginning. I know it is a learning process but might help if I actually learned my lessons :biggrin:

have you taken out and re-loaded the tray maybe the tray was not all the way in - or the paper has too much room to move around in check the tabs in the tray and make sure there is only the room you need for the paper and it should load and print straight

Thanks - we tried adjusting the tabs but didn't want to move - will try re-loading tray.

mine has a green bit i have to press to move the tabs, i have to pull the tray nearly out to do this.

If it comes out consistantly squiff, then you may need to adjust the alignment for the print heads, trying to remember where I saw the video, and I think it was on the sawgrass site, would look but I am up to my eyeballs. So much easier when it's right. So frustrating when it's not.
