Can you post links to where you bought ink from, or say what ink brand it is

are you placing them in the press mousemat fabric side up, paper print side down onto the fabric mousemat, the paper should be on the top?

If from City Ink, then you're using InkTec?
City Ink do sell a lot of different ink products, including dye, pigment, and dye sublimation - are you 100% certain that you bought dye sublimation ink, and not just dye ink?

They came in 100ml bottles so did not have a name on them, just the colour. I ordered sublimation inks for the brother 5910DW and that's what's written on the invoice.

The sublimation ink they sell is a very good ink, and I wouldn't expect any problems with it not sublimating, and would be inclined to think they may have sent you the wrong ink. Also slightly odd that they've supplied the ink in a non-branded/marked bottle.

I presumed that they decant from larger bottles and therefore used cheaper, non branded bottles to keep their costs down. Obviously I don't know if that's the case.

The price would show what ink you bought, £80+ per colour sublimation ink £14 per colour pigment ink.

As I said, they came in plain bottles with just an initial for the colour. I paid £15 per bottle. I actually emailed them and asked which were the correct inks to order and they emailed back with their answer and the invoice.
I've just emailed them again and asked them to double check that they sent me the correct ones.
