Insert paper for full bleed t-shirts

Hi there, this is Ted with Creative Giant Inc. in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

I was wondering what is the best paper to use as an insert and cover to stop image transfer from front to back and to platen cover?

Greaseproof paper, normal plain paper should do the trick
