Hi, soz its not the CISS system its just the empty carts you manually refill

Try without the bungs fitted.
Did you prime the carts yourself though before putting them into the printer?

i will give it a go, no i didnt do it myself how would i do that? im fairly new at this lol

Once you've filled the carts, use your syringe to suck any air from the bottom nozzle of the cart (the one that feeds the printer) suck with the syringe until no air/bubble come out, and you are just getting ink. You can deposit any ink you pull out back into the top of the cart. Doing this ensures there is no air pockets trapped in the cart.
