You can't say fairer than that and I really respect the fact that you replied. As mentioned in my posts, the fact that you have had loads of good feedback does show that your mugs are up to standard and perhaps I had a bad batch.

Would be interested in the 10oz just to see and will PM you my details.

Once again thank you for your response, I am a firm believer that, how a supplier deals with a problem is a true mark of how good they are. Top marks to you

I was wrong

Jay from Longforte sent me a sample mug to show the quality of the mugs they send out. The mug I received was of a very good quality and printed nicely. Considering the excellent communication, the way Jay handled my comments and dealt with it and, ultimately the quality of the product I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
