keep well away!!!!!!

Purchased some about 18 months ago for a charity donation. pressed them and all looked fine, then started getting feedback that they were fading after one wash, then someone else said that the image had completely disappeared and they did not even have a dishwasher. Finally after sitting in a box for a year the left overs were going to be sold at the following annual event. Only problem was that the outside of the mug felt like sandpaper.

Not sure if they have improved since then as I purchased just at the time they were getting into mugs, but they ruined my reputation locally so will never go back to them.

Apart from the above they are perfect

Yep, if you look at his ebay feedback the earliest one is from 1 December 2011 so he has been trading longer than 6 months.

its also worth noting that although I think they are not up to much, there is plenty of feedback there to suggest otherwise, just trying to give a balanced opinion

I ordered some 10oz dishwasher white ones last week, they came all in one piece and look very smooth and nice, and it printed nice, i have only printed one so far and that has had about 5 washes in the dishwasher and so far so good, if that helps.

If you want your 10% off youll have to email them as the code is not working at checkout.

If he's been trading a while, it is quite possible he has found a different supplier for his mugs - so though there were bad batches in the past, doesn't mean he is still stocking the same ones. I doubt he would be if they're as bad as Social says. Is he still on the forum - can someone get in touch with him and get him to chime in to defend himself if he wants to?

As mentioned in my post Pisquee. He has lots of good feedback on ebay so I suspect that they probably are better than the lot I purchased.

I have purchased about 700 mugs from Longforte over the last 3 months which were shipped to me in Ireland and I have had no issues with them. I produced 320 mugs back in September with their white 11oz mugs, for an M&S store in England celebrating 100 years of trading, which were given to the staff as a memento and I haven't had any complaints. One of the mugs I made on that particular run was scrap due to an issue with the print and as a result it has been added to my collection of mugs for personal use!. It has been through my dishwasher about 30 times and there is no fading whatsoever. I would have no hesitation in recommending their mugs.
