if its workwear, i would probably not use the yolo or any other print your own range, other than versacam ie a pro set up, you could get the birds printed up by someone as a transfer, and then do the rest yourself.

15 grand will get you a nice one that prints CMYK plus white and silver and pearlescents 
If you want a trade price on running out the transfers then PM me and I will happily quote. Just to be fair there are many others on here that have print and cut machines and I do not want to be seen as hogging the service
