Install the printer driver as normal, then install Powerdriver. Once installed Powerdriver corrects all the colours and mirrors the image.

@ silent alf, just installed mine today too !! not as straight forward as i expected. I installed from the disc but selected the wrong driver initially. You have to install whats called a raster driver, scroll down the list on install I thinks its something like cprl raster !! When thats done go to sawgrass website and install powerdriver for your model printer and follow the links
good luck

I installed mine the other day and it took about 6 hours altogether from unpacking the box to printing something
Follow these steps exactly http://www.sawgrasseurope.com/technical ... winprofile
It takes time and best not to rush it i think.

Hi All,

Thank you all for your help. i got the printer to work and done my first mug. but was hoping you could now help me with another problem?

The colours did not print out that great? and the paper burnt around the mug :)

I had temp at 380 fh then it beeped then put mug in for 180 seconds but it was longer than 180 secs as it looked like the temp was counting back to 380 before the 180 secs started to count down.

the paper i am using is sawgrass true pix classic and i put paper in the white side facing up on in the paper tray.

really sorry for all the questions.

Many thanks,

The paper needs to be the brighter side face down in the ricohs as when it goes through the printer the image will be printed on the brighter side when it come out, it sounds like you've printed on the reverse side.

Few things...

1. paper white side down in tray
2. You are too hot. Use 340 degrees F no higher
3. You are cooking for too long. Max we would recommend is 140 seconds.

try these settings and let us know!
