Re: How can I stop this?
Bought a small children's ruck sack from bms, really happy with it but when I come to printing the picture the 2 Velcro straps which are fixed underneath ruined my print. How can I over come this next time? Does BMS sell the separate sub flap individually so I don't waste the bag

you need to prepress them before you press to get rid off all moisture. then i would use HEAVY pressure.

I used the settings off bms web site which were 190 for 65 sec.
how much for the spare flaps Justin? I will have to wait until I need something else to allow for the delivery charge though.

£2.35ea. If you're desperate for 2 or 3 you can use second class post at £1.95, might be an option to get you going
I'm waiting on stock of these from another supplier right now or I could have sent you a spare flap

Re: How can I stop this?
Has anyone else ever had the Velcro come through? How do you think I could stop it happened next time? Maybe press slightly lighter?
Re: How can I stop this?
It says on the product details
These backpacks have a printable flap measuring 200mm x 240mm which is fixed with a Velcro fastening on the back and also fixes at the front. This can be removed for printing
Not seen the bags myself though so dont know how you would remove them.

Re: How can I stop this?
Yes you can remove the flap for printing which i did. But so that the flap sticks to the bag there is velcro on the revdrse side which has come through when pressing.
Re: How can I stop this?
Use a piece of thick card the size of the flap with cutouts where the velcro is, making everything the same level.
