Epson Stylus Office WF7015
Re: Epson Stylus Office WF7015
Does anyone have this printer? Is it any good and where do you get your sub inks from please?
Re: Epson Stylus Office WF7015
Susan, the Epson WF7015 isn't a supported printer for dye sublimation prints. May I suggest you have a read of the following link which should help you decide which printer to use. http://www.dyesubforum.co.uk/vbforum/sh ... ch-Printer
Re: Epson Stylus Office WF7015
Thanks for the link. I'll go and have a read. I asked about this particular printer as it's the follow-on from the B1100, which I was going get but they are hard to come by, so thought I'd go for the newer version as it seems to be about the same price as the B1100...around £190. I definitely need an A3, but need to keep the cost down to a minimum.
Re: Epson Stylus Office WF7015
If going for an unsupported A3, then Brother printers may also be an option

For those interested here is the current list of Sawgrass supported printers:
Ricoh: http://www.sawgrasseurope.com/consumer- ... ters/ricoh
Epson: http://www.sawgrasseurope.com/consumer- ... ters/epson
From those lists you will see that currently Ricoh has the GXe7700N, and Epson the B1100/T1100 and 1500W as supported A3/A3+ printers.

Not supported in the UK yet, but it is in the US.Ian M;59004 wrote:Susan, the Epson WF7015 isn't a supported printer for dye sublimation prints. It shouldn't be. The Epson A3 is the Photo 1500. The Ricoh A3 is the GXe7700.twinsgran;59029 wrote:Oh it's all soooo confusing!!
Ask yourself if you really need an A3 printer as A3's are much more expensive than A4
If you go the unsupported route then expect a learning curve with very limited help from other users as opposed to warranty support and back up from an authorised distributor.
Re: Epson Stylus Office WF7015
Thanks Martin. Yes I do need an A3 for the jigsaws I'm going to do.
You've been a great help. Cheers.
