Unfortunately I just took a look on the BMS site and they do some ID style badges, however they are not really what I am looking for.
The ideal badge would be about 25 to 30 mm in diameter with either a safety pin type catch or the screw pin type used on some lapel badges.

I can make 25mm badges, one offs to many thousands. A bit of a pointless exercise trying to sublimate them, be like inventing the wheel again.

Hi
I use the lapel badges from Nova chrome they do them in the pin or magnetic type and silver or gold finish they also do matching tiepins and cufflinks I use them on a regular basis and have never had any problems with them they print well and look good when finished. Hope this helps.

Regards,
Sammy.
