TBH we looked at ebay & ebid and in our opinion all they are good for is marketing....getting your name out there....and it help big time with Google ranking as well.
way to many fly by nights hammering the prices down to rock bottom cause they are doing it from there bedroom in mummys house and have bugger all overheads except the cost of the mug and paper ect. - This has been discussed on here many times.
so to try and compete with this is a total waste of our resources IMHO....others might see the point of making £0.50 on single unit mug sale - for me...sod that.
but good luck to the ones that do.
unless your buying in stock in SERIOUS BULK, with a serious DISCOUNT to go with it, i wouldnt bother with any bid site, if your just buying normal week to week stock.
others will be along with there own views....
ebay & ebid
Re: ebay & ebid
I take your point. I was just after a replacement part and these two sites sell the same Genuine part that the main supplier does at over half the cost.

as a buyer - these sites are superb - as a seller, well.....
Re: ebay & ebid
I have to admit to making a healthy return from ebay mind I am in a very nitche market. But ebid forget it, i paid the £49.95 for free listings and have sold 10 items in over a year. Compared to well over 2000 plus on ebay in less than a yearbigj2552;57523 wrote:as a buyer - these sites are superb - as a seller, well.....
