Which printer to upgrade to?

Hi I am currently using an Epson S22 printer but am fed up of the printer head clogging all the time. I seem to spend half my life cleaning the heads lol. Which would be the most reliable printer to use. I have been looking at the Ricoh SG3110 i think but now getting confused as I am seeing the same description from different suppliers with over £50 price difference.

Any advice would be appreciated.

As long as you purchase it from one the the suppliers listed on the DSF forum (suppliers section) then you will have that suppliers full backup and be getting the right printer and inks for the job.

1 of the suppliers is listed but the other supplier doesnt seem to be listed any more, but I have used them previously and never had any problems, but now curious as to why they are not listed anymore

Has your S22 definitely got problems with clogging, or is it an ink flow problem with your CISS? (assuming you are using a CISS?)
Also, as you have been using an S22, I will also assume that you are using 'unofficial' inks, this is your decision to make, and not one I object to, but if you move to a Ricoh printer, this option, of using inks from other manufactures disappears.

I am using refillable cartridges, tried syringing head cleaner but not doing anything this time

If you put original Epson carts back in, does the head still seem blocked?
