Ricoh inexplicably broken. So which Ricoh next, 3300 or 3110?

Sure I also get 2 options when I select print, the RPCS-R and the Powerdriver. My previous post refers to the 'Print Settings' after I've selected the Powerdriver.

I've just checked mine( it's a 3300) and in driver configuration it only has the 3300 listed and everything works fine. Is no ink transferring to the coasters at all?

If I remember correctly the right procedure is to install the ricoh rpcs raster driver then install the powerdriver which seems to piggy-back on the ricoh driver and in my case kind of 'disabled' the ricoh driver just leaving me the powerdriver to use.

If you are having issues then I might suggest uninstalling both the ricoh and powerdriver and reinstall in the order of ricoh driver then powerdriver. Sawgrass do supply step by step guides to installation and I would suggest you try to follow them in order if you do not wish to hit problems.

Well I had installed those drivers in that correct order, nonetheless, I took the advice and un-installed drivers and repeated the exact installation process. And what do you know....
