I want to know so that if required I can provide evidence that we've asked and have been provided with the information. Often it's clear cut as if we've been supplying 125ml bottles and suddenly get an order for 1 litre then it looks suspicious. We tend to know who buys in 1 litre quantities as it goes hand in hand with volume orders .

Have Sawgrass ever requested any evidence of who you have supplied? Do Sawgrass ask you to do this, or is it just something you do to cover yourself just in case?
