Epson D120 Blues not printing out,

My Epson Stylus D120 is not printing out the blues, prints out the blacks I have run a print head test and can see the blue print. I think I need to go back and check my installation but I cannot find the instructions, I remember I had to copy a couple of files across, I have the notes for the profile and they seem correct. Does any body have instructions for the complete setup of Epson Sylus D120?

Epson Color Printing System Version 6.51

I normally print all my templates through Microsoft Publisher I have tried
Photoshop and publisher and when I print a blue box I get faded light grey.

I am not wondersing if the faded grey when sublimated turns to blue?
