Paul I will send you a case through the post so you can do a template for them as I know it will help people out.
Personally I print the picture as a rectangle but I know others like to know exactly where the hole is,
Are you still at the same address from when you had the canvas'?

Exactly, well said. You can make up and save your own template(s) in Photoshop. Basics really.
