Aluminium Baby on Board signs

I'm starting to produce some of these, but I'm having enormous problems getting the sucker into the hole... :rolleyes:

Anyone got any tips on how to do this? The hole just seems too small. I was thinking I might be able to use a leather punch to make a slightly bigger hole to make it easier?

Don't the suckers you have come with the thumb tacs to go into the back of them?
