OK, quick update. Sawgrass no longer wish to post on the forum themselves. They are happy for me to have a regular Q&A session and report details back to the forum.

Sorry if this isn't what some members want to hear, I will, of course, do my best to get all of your questions answered and answers relayed onto here as soon as possible.

First Q&A will be patent orientated.

A piece of string walks into a bar and orders a drink, the barman says 'We don't serve string in here'. The piece of string goes out, ruffles his end and ties a knot in his middle and then re-enters the bar and orders a drink, the barman says 'Aren't you a piece of string' and the string quickly replies 'No, A Frayed Knot'

Justin, will you be setting up a section where we can ask questions for you to pass on to them? If you do can we please have it in the Premium Members part of the forum.

I'll be looking at the options, maybe Q'a via PM or possibly separate section yes.

This seems like a very long winded way of getting answers! Not where it's going to be put, but DSF member A asks a question, Justin copies it and sends to Sawgrass, Sawgrass reply and Justin copies the text as a reply to DSF member A. Then DSF members B, C, D etc all add related questions... Justin copies and pastes in an email to Sawgrass and so on...

I think the novelty will wear very thin very quickly and no-one will really be any the wiser...

May be better just to PM me suggestions and I'll ask what I can. I think we all know what 99% of the questions will be anyway.

Its like voting in a government, we hope for change, but nothing really changes, just the way they paraphrase things, but thanks for trying to get it going Justin, but do you need the hassel

Most regulars could write out what all the common questions would be, in that it would be more like a FAQ of what always gets asked, and stock pre-written answers from Sawgrass, which I doubt would give the full answers anyone here would want due to the technicalities of their patent claims/scope (and not saying too much to potentially reveal the holes in their patent claims) , would likely be vetted by their ip/lawyer types, etc. It wouldn't be an open open conversation, discussion or sharing of information, just Sawgrass telling us what they want to say. When their patent(s) run out, and the market opens up, then maybe SG will need to change tact to keep their customer base, but for the moment, they can hide behind the idea that most people are scared to go against what SG claim to have a patent of/don't know any different/believe the propaganda that SG are the best
