Only time I had to do that was when I used a mug machine oven, just used the plain paper sheets then.

Im using teflon sheets and oven sheets at the moment dropped nice on a deal in Aldi A3 sheet of teflon £3.00 doesnt mark the press or garment but its going to need replacing very soon but ive looked at greaseproof especially for the bottom of the press.

I think it is wise to stock up on some silicon sheets, some teflon sheets, some greaseproof paper (or baking parchment) and some plain paper sheets. Having a range lets you find out what works best for you.

I have some A3 card (stationary quality white) can that be used also , thinking between the garment mainly. Would you also ever use the standard paper on top between the actual heat and tshirt ?

Thanks for the help quick and useful as always. Going to grab me some Teflon sheets and try some baking parchment also top tips :)
