it happens to us all buddy :)

I had a few big orders of mugs recently (200+ each order) and I did both without any mistakes. Then, 2 days later I printed off a mug for a customer and pressed it upside down, then did it again and the mug cracked .............. live it - enjoy it :)

Not too bad with that as I have it on default to mirror the image when printing - the problem is that when printing glass like chopping boards you DON'T mirror the image so you can what happens there! (doh!)

Never gave it a thought  First couple were of x-country horse event so never noticed... only realised 'Mirror' was on by default was when I did my first one with text! Bit of a double-take, then realised it was gonna be OK...

I have never yet printed one upside down, I am sure that I have that to come however I keep a back to front mug on my desk here to remind me not to lol. My biggest issue is I have a normal printer and a sublimation printer and am forever sending the wrong job to the wrong printer which gets costly
