Fascinating reading for a newbie with the equipment on order and ideas running round my head...
In my head I'd guesstimated at £2 to produce a mug, and anticipated selling to Joe Public at £5-£6. Also got ideas for certain local Business customers to use mugs as 'give-aways' to their customers - the idea being to replace the "with compliments" greeting card they usually send out. My proposal for them, is:
card = £1.50 (variable), in customers house for 1-2 weeks
mug = £4.00 (as a discount for multiple, regular runs), in customers house for 2 years+ as free advertising
Does that make sense? Or too simplistic? Open to be shot down here...
