Hi Guys
Never played with sublimation ever and wondered if the printer i have now will take sublimation ink ?
Ive had a good search around and cant find out anywhere and wondered if anyone here would know please.
I know it wont be an ideal printer but i just want to play and see if i like it before investing in something more suitable.
Cheers guys

Re: Epson SX440 question
The simple answer is yes it can be used for sublimation printing with the correct inks as it uses the Epson piezo printing heads. However it is an unsupported printer as far as I am aware and hence you would have to rely on your own and perhaps others that have gone down this route for support. You would also require a supply of reusable/refillable ink cartridges for this model (which I have not checked to see if they exist but assume they do) and a supply of sawgrass sublimation ink.

Ahh thats cool thanks for the rply much appreciated.
Think it might be worth the investment to go for a printer already set up for it as i can see trying to make this one work be non cost effective
