Have you tried ringing their customer service to get them removed ?phoenixalpha;49169 wrote:What gets me is people who leave feedback (negative, or neutral) saying "great product, great customer service" and when you contact them asking if there was a problem with the product or service, or if they had made a mistake, never ever get back to you. Had half a dozen or so this month already.
The ebay subjhect has been well and truly hammered on here with good reason most the time , we all hate paying the fees and ebay do screw every penny they can out of you but its still worth selling on there profit wise, It might be just me but ive found ebay has actually mellowed recently towards common sense. Ive tried something recently that greatly helps my admin side of things on ebay lets face it they dont make it easy for you to print off orders which include messages and personalisation instructions, i spoke to ebay and informed them of my intention to alter my listing description by including something which allows customers to directly upload info and images to me i fully expected a big NO from ebay which initially i got but after explaining the problems i have and how it would improve the customer experiance and the fact i wasnt encouraging off ebay sales i was amazed to find common sense prevailed and they said yes i can keep what ive done. Now all this is down to a very reasonable person on the end of the phone at ebay who it has to be said went out of their way to plead my case with his bosses but politness worked he was happy to help and help he did. Ive also had 4 negs removed this year just by ringing and pointing out the negs were unwarrented typically its newbies clicking the wrong button. Ebay have done this very quickly for me so if thats how ebay are moving now i say long may it reign (until i get an undeserved neg and i cant get it removed)
