Ebay Negatives - make you want to rip a tissue
Re: Ebay Negatives - make you want to rip a tissue
Dickhead buys a wrap around can cooler. Sends in picture. We print and send (same day) This is first email:
"Hi I have received ur item but it's totally too big for any can I try it on.. I am happy with th print out th front but not the size an dnt no wat to do about feed back"
We emailed saying we werent sure what she meant by not fitting any can. We got back:
"Well maybe I had a faulty one.. I really dnt understand why u seem to be giving it attitude with me when I really could of jus giv u bad feedback but I never I thought I would come to you first... Because of your respond to me I will be giving you poor feedback an wont be buying from u again and will be reporting you to eBay"
We then didnt understand why she thought we were giving attitude and asked her to send it back so we could see her problem. She sent:
"Well I wnt be sendin it back as was threw away last nite an now with the bin men an will be findin a propper one frm some one else I'm not happy as was a gift for a birthday present an now I th one to look stupid"
Today we got the neg. I am guessing if her brains were dynamite she wouldnt have enough to blow her nose.

It's people such as them who spoil it for the sellers I think. I don't think she has really given you the chance to put things right at all & I think if you let Ebay know they would back you up on this one.
Re: Ebay Negatives - make you want to rip a tissue
Ebay dont give a **** Just did a chat with the helpline - "It doesnt meet the criteria for removing feedback" so a buyer with 25 feedbacks in a year that has spent NOTHING with ebay has caused us a problem and we have 6000 feedbacks and pay the minimum of £250 a month to Ebay. It beggars belief but as I said before its still good advertising. BarstewardsIan M;49164 wrote:It's people such as them who spoil it for the sellers I think. No... I meant those really tiny ones - you can get a few for a £1 sometimes. They hold about 150ml.gstk;49163 wrote:thats what we thought - a Red Bull can or similar but she didnt seem to understand

What gets me is people who leave feedback (negative, or neutral) saying "great product, great customer service" and when you contact them asking if there was a problem with the product or service, or if they had made a mistake, never ever get back to you. Had half a dozen or so this month already.

Re: Ebay Negatives - make you want to rip a tissue
Makes me wonder if she thought it was faulty as it had an opening at the top lol. I remember selling an item on eBay and the payment never arrived. So I emailed the guy to ask where payment was and he said he had sent it. Well a week passes and still no payment so I contact him again and he says I sent the payment BUT that he would send payment again and that he was so unhappy with the service that he no longer wanted the goods and that I could keep them also. So I ended up with payment and was able to sell the item to someone else. I am pretty sure that the IQ of some eBay users is lower than the 0.99 starting price of most items!

To right there, ebay does seem to have its fair share of idiots halfwits and conners. But yes it can be a necessary evil to get leads from. Yes ebay always is on the side of buyer no matter how much you spend on fees.
