Im so glad I asked this question. I would imagine there is a lot of newbies like myself who would of thought big is better. I will now move to 10oz and hope my customers are happy with the change.

I would still keep 12 or so of the 11oz one in stock and advertise em anyway - giving em more choice cant be a bad thing now

it may depend which press you are running, my older DF-180 will only clamp on 11oz, but my newer presses will do both.
I once bought a pallet of 10oz when i only had the DF-180 ..... easiest to buy another press than send them back !
