For the address changes

go to both

admin/view/template/sale/order_invoices.tpl
and
admin/view/template/sales/order_invoice.tpl

look for




around line 77 and swap the two around, this should change them around on the invoice.

Strange should work, what version of opencart are you using?

Have you tried clearing your system cache?
