Thats about 100.00 per week not 400.00 but I will investigate it again....

With a franking machine, they deliver it to the customer regardless as you are a 'business customer' and they don't want you to be embarrassed, and as every franking label has your id no on, if you don't happen to pay the right postage, then they send you a letter telling you to frank the extra onto a label/envelope and send it back to them.
Also, no need for a return to sender address label either, as your id number on the label solves that one too.

If you spend £400 a week at the post office, a franking machine would be well worth thinking about, and if you are near a trading estate, there will almost definitely be a Franking box to put them in, so no queuing at the post office!

question re postage wieghts/cost.

1x 10oz mug printed is 292g = £2.70 first class - £2.20 second class - thats good but -

what about the wieght of the polystyrene mug mailer box ? it says on coralgraphs web site it wieghs 500g (0.5kg) . thats impossible.....
so one of his box mailers wieghs more than a mug ?...not a chance ....

so that would mean my postage would have to be about £4+ to send lol...

the mailers must wiegh less than a printed mouse mat surley ? or even the wieght of a printed fabric coaster !

or

does that incl all HIS packaging for HIM to send out 1 box mailer ?

even then, it still shouldnt come to 500g !!!

792g would cost £4.30 1st class £3.50 second class. But I cant see a polstyrene mailer weighing 500g ? are you sure thats not foe the selling quantity of the mailers?.

he also sells 100 box mailers wieghing in at 10kg for his shipping wieght - what he got them lead lined or something lol

end of the day charlie - i,ll need to buy em anyway....just wiegh em myself when i get them...

but was just wondering what the wieght of one was ??

For some reason I cant see solid block of polystrene weighingthat much, wonders if he weighed one with a full mug in it . I have just weighed a mug more than 2/4 full of coffee and that only goes 532g. Most puzzling...

I have 2 pretty good Franking machines, available for sale but you would require a franking machine licence from the powers to be,
