I've looked on your website, but I don't see that option there.

We don't advertise it on our website as it's not part of our core business, but several DSF members have contacted us before and used this service. If you want to use us for this then we will need:
Full collection address
Full delivery address
Contact name and tel number for collection address
Your contact details if different from above.
We will contact you to arrange payment before confirming the Parcelforce courier details and you'll receive an email from Parcelforce with all the tracking information is due course.

Please give us as much notice as possible if you want to use this service and the £10 +vat delivery cost applies to standard UK addresses but surcharges vary then on postcodes, e.g. some parts of the UK incur a surcharge because of the distance to delivery. The current surcharge areas typically include the Isle of Mann, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight. The surcharge affects the following postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25 and some PO postcodes (for the Isle of Wight).

Thanks Martin
Can this be done for next day collection? or would you need more notice than that?

Thanks, Martin, I'll make a note of that.

I still have the nagging doubt that this is really no different than using an agent like P4D/parcel2go/etc anyway. There's no accountability between the sender (us) and the deliverer. So maybe I should just stick with P4D but use Parcel Force instead of the cheaper services. Checking today, the cost for Parcel Force via P4D is £13.19 (48hr), and £14.30 (24hr), both including VAT for up to 30Kg. I'll maybe try that next time and see what happens.
