cat collars and tags ?

Hi ive been asked by a cat lover if theres anything out there that would possibly be printable for a cat ?
the person asked about possible printed collar or tag .. does anyone know of anyone/anywhere/anything ?

save me trawling aimlessly round the net as you guys usually come up trumps

It would need to be a big cat - these are better sized for dogs, but if they go much smaller then you can't get much information on them.
