Sorry Justin - just a tad too soon. Been busy getting to grips with my new toys. Once I've got the hang of them I'll be doing some tests on my silicone just to make sure it's suitable. And only then will I be able to offer it.

No problem :-). Just thought I'd ask. I've found a couple of suppliers so fingers crossed their stuff will work ok. Many thanks anyway, will no doubt buy from you in future if it all works out for you.

Just about to order this and wondered if anyone could see any reason why it wouldn't perform as well as the baking type silicone sheet I've used previously? I've always used 2 x 1.5mm sheets but I'm getting 3mm sheets made up.

Yes, you need to up the time a little, upping the temp a bit as well wouldn't hurt.
