the cpanel that i provide with any account has some brill vids
so whatever u want to do on there, there is a vid that shows you.
ie create a database
click on 'mysql' and there is a vid that shows u in details how to create a databse :)

i keep saying i'm here for support if you need me just ask :)

Just made a couple of helpful knowledge entries explaining how to install OC and VQMod etc

I am sure if I could find Cpanel I might get under way. Is it in Filezilla? I find a file labelled Cpanel, but it doesn't open out as shown in any of the examples I find.

easiest way to go to cpanel is
www.yourdomain.co.uk/cpanel
change your domain for 'your domain' :)

I now have a website. It shows Ipads etc for the moment but It will change!

Is there a book that anybody can recomended using opencart? Ie a complete donkies guide.
Steve has been excellent, the ticket system works a treat.

this is very basic, but it's what they provide
i did have an ebook somewhere that tells you everything
but tbh the best way is to have a look about and play and ask if you have any problems/questions

it would be worth joining the OC forum as there is lots of extra help on there
