I have just spent an hour trying to put Opencart on the host. With no joy.
I open the FTP (Filezilla) download open cart (unzipped) then the tutorial says drag the opencart files over to the FTP screen. Well I grab the relevant files, they drag just fine, but they wont drag and drop in to Filezilla. Neither will they copy and paste.
On the tutorial it's so easy.
I guess I am doing something wrong! I'll play again later in the week.

I did say I knew nthing about this type of thing!

In FileZilla you should see your local files on your computer and once you have logged into the FTP site you should see a directory structure on the remote host - can you drag and drop from within FileZilla, ie. from your local directory structure to the FTP directory structure?
