Hi, just setting out and looking for a cheap A4 sub printer with sub inks all set up for me , if you know what I mean. Got myself a mug press and need the printer to set me up to see if it's something I want to venture deeper into too.
thanks

Hi
Do you have a budget for the printer and ink
Children are bit bit like flatulence....you can just about put up with your own

Hi Dave, You will need to watch out when buying a secondhand printer with sub inks, that it may well come with problems.
Possibly your best route would be to save for that bit longer and buy new of one of the reccomended suppliers that are on the forum, that way you will get full backup in case of problems.
There are a few members on this site that may be willing at a resonable price to print and post your designs for you to press, so that you can still operate and make some profit to get you nearer to completing your setup.

Jack.

It looks like you have to threads of the same post going?
If at first you don't succeed, read the manual.

As detailed in our Which Printer? thread, there is no system than combines both "cheap" and "easy".

If you want "easy" then you can buy a complete package from a Sawgrass-authorised supplier. If you want "cheap" then you set up your own system and take care of any problems you encounter yourself. But you can't do both "cheap" and "easy" at the same time.

Some very sound advice there :)
