From experience i.can.say its useless :-)
Worth every penny for stands an bag if you already own lights but for photography i would not bother :-) sorry

Oh nooo. Still worth to grab a bargain. Only lights are crap. But rest of it is worth to have :-)

As paul says its a glorified desk lamp - just put a piece of paper over the desk lamp to create a soft box :)
