Did you mean vinyl digital print or layered vinyl but best or transfer print method would be DTG , if the image was smaller you may get away with this stuff http://www.printerowners.co.uk/garment- ... e-flex.htm

If its just for the one print a swann morton scalpel and steady hand would do,we often just contour by hand in fact got one lad who will sit and just do that rather than use plotter contour cut.
You may even just get away with a dark transfer then cut by hand if its only for a couple and if you did a sample this way show customer see what they think as inkjet transfers are quite durable nowadays and give a good image.
If you wanted transfers printing and cutting but dont have the kit to do it we would be able to do you a sample a4 for you.

They wanted a 30pcs cotton t-shirt printing. The description didn't mention what type of fabric. Are these paper applicable for 100% cotton or only for polyesters? thanks again for the info. i would love to order some of this paper to try it and see the quality, not sure if they sell a test kit.

You don't mention what colour the tshirts are. Are they white? If so then a durable finish would be obtained by the ChromaBlast printing (cheaper than DTG and just as durable, but with a slight 'hand' in the clear area). You could get the images printed and sent to you for heat pressing onto the tshirts. I think AdamB (one of the mods here) has the ChromaBlast system - perhaps he could quote for you.

I have a sublimation inks but not sure which subli paper that print will last that long and for 100% cotton. If you have something to recommend for cotton & polyester or 50-50% please let me know, would be highly appreciated. Thanks again!
