The GXe3300 and the GXe3350 take the same cartridges but, and it is a but, if you have any problems with the GXe3350 using SubliJetR inks then there is no support available from the distributors (e.g. when banding occurs). If a GXe3300 suffers any problems then there is full support available in and out of warranty (which can extend to repair/ replacement/ financial support to exchange).
